I'm a New York City-based product designer who believes great design solves real problems for real people. My background is unconventional: I played football, where I learned discipline and adaptability, and spent years in customer-facing roles where I saw firsthand how frustrating poorly designed systems can be. Now I channel that experience into creating intuitive digital products that make people's lives easier. I'm bilingual, coachable, and driven to grow as a designer at a company where the work truly matters.
WHO
Experience
Before transitioning into design, I spent years in customer service and administrative roles, working directly with people navigating complex systems. I managed high-volume client interactions, oversaw patient intake and team operations in healthcare, and led digital marketing initiatives in the sports industry. These roles taught me to listen deeply and identify pain points. I've seen firsthand how frustrating poorly designed systems can be, which fuels my passion for creating intuitive, human-centred solutions. This hands-on experience with users informs every design decision I make, ensuring that what I create actually works for the people who need it most.
APPROACH
My approach to design is rooted in empathy and discipline. Having worked directly with customers struggling through complex systems, I understand that good design must be intuitive above all else. My background as a professional athlete taught me to embrace feedback, iterate relentlessly, and stay focused on the goal. I design for clarity and function first, creating solutions that reduce friction and genuinely improve people's daily experiences.
